Healthy-U-Nutrition is a business in the Health and Beauty industry that Promotes Health.
- Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 2 days and delivery confirmed by way Email. (For e.g., booking number / booking voucher etc. and must mention the use of courier and/or postal services and associated costs, if applicable.)
- Export restriction (Optional)
The offering on this website is available to South African clients only.
- Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Healthy-U-Nutrition is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Healthy-U-Nutrition will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 15 % administration fee. (If appropriate – provide details of your policy regarding damaged goods. Also mention guarantees, warranties, etc.)
- Customer Privacy policy
Healthy-U-Nutrition shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). - Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the Healthy-U-Nutrition bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
- Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for Healthy-U-Nutrition via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
- Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Healthy-U-Nutrition separately from card details which are entered by the client on DPO PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on DPO PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.
- Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
- Responsibility
Healthy-U-Nutrition takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
- Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Healthy-U-Nutrition chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature (Company Address) .
- Variation
Healthy-U-Nutrition may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

Healthy-U-Nutrition accepts the return of goods purchased on the website and goods returned in the applicable condition and time (7 days)frame exchanged or the purchase amount credited onto your online account.
Healthy-U-Nutrition will only accept the return of goods if the return is logged within 7 (seven) days of delivery, the goods are in their original packaging and undamaged (only damaged goods received on delivery can be returned).On approval the refund amount will be credited onto your online account within 1-2 working days and can be used on the website.
Please note that the user is responsible for the return of any goods ordered in error and liable for any costs relating to the return. It is suggested that any returns are sent with an insured courier service as Healthy-U-Nutrition is not liable for any loss or damage during the returns process.

Definition of personal information
According to the Act ‘‘personal information’’ means information relating to an identifiable, living, natural person, and where it is applicable, an identifiable, existing juristic person. Further to the POPI Act, COR Concepts also includes the following items as personal information:
- All addresses including residential, postal and email addresses.
- Change of name – for which we require copies of the marriage certificate or official change of name document issued by the state department.

Delivery Policy.
Orders placed and paid for Monday to Thursday before 11.00am will be despatched the same day any orders placed after 11.00am will be sent out the following day. No postal orders will be despatched on a Friday or over the weekend.
Each parcel will have a waybill number which will be forwarded to the client before the close of business hours 4.30pm for the parcels sent out on that specific day.
All parcels will be charged at R 130 per parcel anywhere in South Africa.
All parcels will be delivered to either the clients personal address or office address discreetly according to their delivery instructions and address.
